In this document, "bu44", "we", and "our platform" refer to the bu44 online betting and casino service, operated through the website bu44.lat. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered with or using the bu44 platform.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bu44 and its users. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

To create an account and use bu44's services, the following conditions must be met:

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to the provided information must be reported to the platform promptly.

• Your login password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.
• The responsibility for keeping the account secure rests primarily with the user.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

bu44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, for the purpose of investigation.

The payment methods currently accepted on bu44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for every payment method).
• Once a deposit transaction is completed, the balance is generally added quickly.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the registered account holder.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

bu44 may request additional documents to verify any withdrawal request when necessary. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, the transaction will be held and an investigation will be conducted.

bu44 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳8,333 or more qualifies for the maximum bonus of ৳10,000.

Bonus Terms of Use:

• To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met: bonus amount × 25. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal (calculated on the bonus only, not the deposit).
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• bu44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

Under the VIP program, members can be promoted through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers and can enjoy weekly cashback benefits. Full details of each tier's benefits are available on the platform.

All betting and gaming activities on bu44 are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. This applies to all categories including slot games, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games.

• The outcome of each bet is determined independently and impartially. The result of a previous bet does not affect the next bet.
• If any round is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets for that round will be returned.
• In the event of a disconnection between the game client and the server, the data stored on bu44's server will be considered final.
• If an internal investigation finds evidence of manipulation in any game, bu44 has the right to void the result of that round.
• In sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to bu44's established rules.

Be aware of the risks of gambling. bu44 always encourages responsible gaming and is ready to assist players who are experiencing difficulties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bu44:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempting to hack the system.
• Bonus abuse — one person collecting bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Any activity or comment that damages the reputation of bu44.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.

Involvement in any of the activities described above will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

A user may request account closure at any time. In such cases:

• The net balance in the account at the time of the request (excluding bonuses) will remain withdrawable, subject to conditions being met.
• To create a new account using the same email or mobile number after account closure, approval from the support team is required.

bu44 may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period (after a specified time limit).
• The need to comply with applicable laws or regulatory directives.

If an investigation after account suspension finds no irregularity on the part of the user, the account will be restored.

bu44 gives the highest priority to the protection of users' personal information. All data collected on the platform is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.

• Personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services and verifying accounts.
• Information is not sold or transferred to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities when required to fulfil legal obligations.
• Cookies and browsing data are used to improve the quality of the service.

bu44 bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or a technical fault with the user's device.
• Service unavailability during unexpected server downtime or maintenance work.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or the actions of a third party.
• Force majeure — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In the event of any technical issue, bu44 will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible and will consider fair compensation for affected users.

bu44 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email or mobile number.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be taken as agreement to the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request account closure.
